Delivering ready to erect walls to a job site significantly reduces both the time and cost to construct a building. Windows, doorframes and roof trusses were once made on site, but now they are factory-ordered and delivered to site as needed. Ecolite is applying this successful model by fabricating entire wall sections which are shipped to the jobsite.
Ecolite custom manufactures each panel in a sequence specified by the builder. The panels are delivered to the job site in this sequence which enable the builder to assemble a building in a fraction of the time it takes to construct with convention methods.

Manufacturing Process
- Wall Panel Modeling - Ecolite utilizes the building blueprint to model wall panels in EcoCAD (Ecolite’s proprietary modeling/engineering software).
- Steel Stud Framing and Lath – Ecolite’s EcoCAD system sends an electronic file to the manufacturing roll-formers which automatically produce the steel studs for each wall panel. These studs are then screwed together to frame a wall. A steel lath is applied to the frame.
- Concrete Pour and Cure – Ecolite’s proprietary cellular concrete slurry is poured into the frame. Once dry, the completed wall panels are stored to cure. Once cured, the panels are shipped to the jobsite.
